Hello I'm setting up 750 gals FOWLR tank and like to know which brand of skimmer i should use? What about Reef Octopus TDNW 300, will that works? http://www.aquacave.com/detail.aspx?ID=1014.

Hmm...had a friend with a store that had an octopus...not really sure how he felt about it. What I DO know, is that I, my brother, and this guy ALL switched to protein skimmers from AquaC, and none of us have been disappointed. I have recommended them to almost everyone that has asked me ANYWHERE...and none of them have ever complained, in fact I have seen some of them come back to various sites and tell other people to get AquaCs...

reef octo's are probably the best bang for buck. decent skimmers for decent prices, but if you're looking for the best possible skimming for a tank you'd want to go with one of the higher priced brands such as Bubbleking.
