Help me to find a substrate

I am looking for cheap Black Diamond Blasting Sand, enough to cover a 48”x18” floor space. I think around 2” of coverage is what I want.

Yes, and I’ve called them up, but they don’t get it for a few weeks, and wanted to know if there were any other places.

how many times do you need to wash it? Is it pool-filter-sand-dirty?

Put a couple cups in a 5g bucket and filled it with water and swirled it around. Repeat. Dumped out the fine particles and put it in. Looks great with a few gold flecks.

Probably even worse. I would say I spent about 15 minutes per bag, but in the end it looks awesome so, worth it.

the best way to wash sand is actually by placing it in a bucket and letting the water fill up all the way and leave it on for about 15 minutes the water will run out and all the debris will get cleaned out
