Have you tested your water?
No
If I did not test my water...
  1. ...I recognize that I will likely be asked to do a test, and that water tests are critical for solving freshwater health problems.
Do you do water changes?
Yes

I have started to treat whitespot disease. and today is the 5th day of treatment. From the beginning, I didn't change anything, but I did lower the temperature to 26-27 C from 32 C. (This changed from yesterday). Today I saw these bumps on a few fish. but can't identify if this is ich or another disease. (However, I changed the temperature to 32 C as it was.)

Looks similar to HITH or a bacterial infection.
Are these in the same place as the initial spots? Ich will fall off and come back elsewhere.
I think what you call "Ich" is actually lymphocytosis.
Lympho will typically occur at the fins, but that is a possibility.

I don't think it's HITH. The white areas on the head are protruding outwards, whereas HITH tends to form ulcers that go inwards into the flesh of the head.

This definitely doesn't look like Ich because Ich doesn't clump up like the white areas on the bass's head.

I agree with the above. And that it could be Lymphocystis, or bacterial, but its very hard to see detail well enough.
Lymph often occurs when fish are stressed by shipping, and as said above, because it is viral, meds are of little use, the fishes immune system has to fight it off on its own, so to aid that, lots of water changes and a stress free environment are needed.
I tried to edit the photos to bring it closer, but its still hard to discern.

Thanks all very much for your valuable comments. Now those dots are gone, and now I'm worried about my azul pair.

Does this lead to going blind? My Azul pair act like blind people. I have no idea what the reason is. They were both actively eating before the others, but now one is at the bottom. The other one swims well but does not eat as per usual. The bottom one eats only when food is dropped near to him. but he tries to find it all the time.

I had planned to separate both of them and add them to the black-covered tank and treat them, but I have no idea how to treat this issue. (the bottom one also has that white stuff).

Just keep providing clean water changes and add a bit of salt.

Also, is there you a reason you have the temp at 32C? They’d be more comfortable at 28C
