Okay, here's the deal peeps. I'm writing a Sociology paper based on cartoons from Denmark which depicted pictures of the muslim prophet Muhammad. I'm just gonna copy past the instructions for you guys/gals, and I need atleast 5 of you to answer it up for me okay.
Thanks in advance,

http://www.humaneventsonline.com/sarticle.php?id=12146 is the website itself with the cartoons.
The publication of these cartoons led to protests by Danish Muslims, because of deep-seated beliefs that the Prophet Muhammad should never be depicted in any way, for example in drawings or paintings, as this would be disrespectful and therefore an offense to all Muslims. Several of the cartoons made strong statements about the link between the Prophet and terrorism and violence. Keep in mind that many Muslims consider these to be deeply hurtful.
So please keep in mind that my approach is of scientific detachment and not an abasement of Islam.
I know we have a diverse group of people here at MFK. Not to mention a highly intelligent one which is exactly what I need for the survey.
What are the perceptions and responses that you in the U.S. and elsewhere have had to these cartoons?
What do you in the U.S. and elsewhere think about these cartoons?
How have people in the U.S. and elsewhere reacted to the controversy surrounding them?
What conclusions can you draw about the aftermath of the showing of the cartoons?
"You need to do a small survey here of five individuals you know, plus yourself, so six people total. Use initials when referring to your five informants, though also identify your relation to them; for ex., a sibling, a friend, a work colleague, etc. Do identify them in terms of social location. Are they male or female, young or old, American citizens/residents or not, etc.?"
If you feel uncomfortable answering anything just PM me please. Read through this thoroughly as well and answer as best you can each question I asked.
Thanks for all of your help once again, this ****'s due tomorrow
and I'm hankering for a very good score.
