If your talking about the black blotches, it’s just peeling, changing to adult colour.
the peeling is one the best parts of raising amphs, mine never keep the black spots for long but its fun
As others have mentioned if you are worried about the black blotches, don't be. It's normal for Amps to do this. What is happening is the baby fry hide me colors are dieing off/peeling as we call it to It's final adult coloration.
