help midas fries aggression !

hey, so i have these 4 midas fries tht ive been keeping in a 30g-growout tank almost a month. now their about 2" and the biggest fry is almost reaching 3". the biggest is somehow getting more aggressive to the other fries by chasing them all around. my concerns are tht the others are getting more afraid even to eat. they keep hiding and less friendly as before. but somehow the biggest fry doesnt show aggressive towards the other fish in the tank such as my guppies. what does this mean actually? do i have to remove/move the biggest fry? i need your help.

Its the same for my flowerhorn fries..... The biggest one dominated the rest of the small one so I removed the biggest one then another flowerhorn grew and did the same....I ended up moving all of them in their own tanks.

i do have a 100g but im out of filter and a stand. however when i feed them, they dont fight each other. guess i need to hold on for a few more days or maybe weeks. i want to move it to my bichir tank but im worried tht it might become a meal to my bichir.
