hi my midas developed a weird lumping of his lips and sores around it..while in my quarantine tank..please advise how to treat if you can ..thank you in advance ..pics below

looks like early stages of columnaris, which is a gram negative bacteria. water change, lower water temps below 76 F and add salt. You'll also want to get maracyn-2, or kanamycin, but not maracyn. maracyn-2 uses minocycline which treats gram negative bacteria. lips are probably inflamed.
