:headbang2:headbang2 So the move is finally here, this coming weekend :headbang2:headbang2

I have a couple 5g buckets, so media can go in there??
I have 6 40g rubbermaid tubs, that are big enough for the big fish ... and i will only move 2-3 fish per tub, so they dont get oxygen deprived.
I have 2 battery bubblers, and I am possibly getting some "bag buddies" to toss in with the stuff to keep it oxygenated ??

My plan is to only move one tank at a time, and the drive will be about 25 minutes to the new place.

Here is what I am moving, any tips would be great!!!

150g - eheim 2217, 2215, ac70, ac70
driftwood, rocks, sand substrate
3x 3" oscars
2x 5" IR
6" royal pleco
2x 7" pacu
8" giraffe cat
4x 5" p.bass

180g - eheim 2217, sump with 15g bioballs @ 900g/h

20" ck
20" IR
3x 16" p.bass

100g -- ac110, ac110
10x 4" koi
**these will be going into my pond, but i want to keep the media alive, because i will be moving some of the other fish into it soon after i move

30g -- 2 60g HOB
gravel substrate
3x 4" p.bass
5" ripsaw

30g -- 2 60g HOB

I moved a 55Gal once....it was a HUGE (and may I say HUGE pain in the you know what).

We used two 40gal rubber main tubs lined with black trash bags for most of the water/live rock.

Two large ice chests for the fish.

We left the live-sand in the tank with about an inch of water over-top the live sand.

Tied the top of the trash bags tight and then put rubber bands around the top. Took two people to move both rubber maids and the tank.

That was just for one small tank...

Also don't forget if you need to have the fish out for a long time wouldn't hurt to pop in a battery operated air stone in the ice chest.

when i bought my 220 and moved it w/ fish i didn't keep much of the original water at all, figured it'd be like a massive water change and i didnt have any problems
