I would suggest separating area with a divider.

is there any way without damaging the eggs i can move them to the other side? were the filter is not sucking then add a divider?
and they will not eat them or reject them?

If you really wanted to scoop them out very carefully but tbh separating the area would be the best option.

the problem is were the eggs are is were the filter sucks in
and am scared they get sucked in so have filter off with no additional air going into tank
that black thing is the sucking part of the filter

go get a pair of nylon stockings and cut the foot part off - a good 6" length or so, then put the nylon foot over the filter intake and secure it w/ a Wire-tie, Zip-tie or heavy duty rubberband. Just beware rubber does not last long in the water and it will rot and break so I recommend plastic coated wire-ties or plastic Zip-ties

yea I have it over the intakes on any of my tanks that have fry until they are about 1/2" long. It needs to be cleaned or replaced sometimes and it will slow the Gallons-per-hour rating down during this period, but it's the most effective way to raise fry, maintain water quality and keep them from getting sucked into the filter. Sponge filters are good also, but they should be COMBINED with this little trick I use since they don't have much power.

after some thought rather then stickign somthing on top of the filter can i just stick a plant pot ontop of the egg and stick nylon ontop of the plant pot? im not trying to be lazy :S but its a lot easier lol?
that then prevents the fish from eggs going into the filter
and prevents other fish eating the eggs?
