HELP! my 15" Tigrinis is gonna DIE!!

grew this guy out from 2". Its been doing this for about 4 days now. He'ss sit in the bottom of the tank like he always did but then would start to go crazy like in the video. He has not eatened since it started doing this. Should i take him out and put in a 30g tank and give it meds? if so what kind of meds?

Mine died the same way. Only thing I can think of is stress from a big water change.

wow never seen that before.. BIg waterchanges should not do that i do about 80-90% at a time on my tank with my tig.

Man i feel for you. I just lost a 10''er the same way last month. Mine had no sings of sickness at all.. All my other fish are fine to this day. Mine did that upside down sh1t for 6-7 day's before he passed. Must be something with Tigrinus?

The only thing changed in my tank was i added 3M T grade sand. That was over a week ago. I made sure i rinsed it thoroughly.
