Wow, amazing people always want to give advise yet provide no info. Generic posts like "do the salt and bump the temp first" are so helpful. Maybe provide a reason or a dosage for the salt? How about before having the OP bump up the temp, find out what the tempurater actually is and find out if there are tankmates, which may be harmed by the raised temp.
First thing, is the cloudiness in both eyes or just one? Often times aro will injure one of their eyes and it will become cloudy. If this it the case clean water is the best remedy(keep the nitrate levels around 10ppm). So likely you'll want to increase your water changes.
If both eyes are cloudy then more discussion is needed. Provide info on water params, such as temp, ammonia, nitrite, and pH levels.
BTW if you do just want to throw salt at it, dosage should be one tablespoon per 5 gallons of water. Without knowing your current temperature or tankmates I won't advise on raising the temp.
