Help My Arowana

[Convict Cichlids]

Two Weeks Ago I Saw Strange Bubbles On My Silver Arowana Eye And I Went Out And Bought Melafix.
I Followed The Instructions And After The Week I Did The 50% Water Change And He Was Looking All Fine
Today While I Was Taking Pictures Of Him Feeding I Managed To Take Some Pics Of His Eye

What Is This Called?

What's in the tank as far as decor like driftwood rocks anything? Because my aro hit his eye off a piece of drift wood I kept in the tank and his eye looked very similar to that so he might have just hit it and scratched it he should be fine
