Sounds as if the water in that tank is dirty.I'd either get him out of there to another established tank or do a massive water change.Then you can treat the dat for the ailments it has.

Babyguppies, I'm a noob too. But I had a problem with my female Betas. One really important thing too, is to use an *aerator* while medicating your fish. It really helps very much!:D * Keep medicating following the Med. directions, for however many days it tells you to. Ok?:) Don't just stop giving meds because you see that they are improving, if they are to be medicated for another 3 days or whatever, then keep medicating according to your meds directions, and water changes during the meds - according to directions on bottle too. And if I can ask you, what's the name of the meds you are using? Just wondering.:)( I used 'Melafix', it worked well.:))Good luck with your fish Bg!

Thank-you for your advice :D .I'm using API(Aquariumpharm),i'll try to look for
'Melafix' that u recommended me.I'll keep you update :D
