Took a vacation and despite my instructions to the person watching my clown knife they fed him more pellets than I usually do. No big deal he had a big fat belly so I fasted him for 2 days and gave him a couple eastern mosquitofish (his favorite treat) I noticed the big belly didn’t go away and I’ve been doing water changes keeping my ammonia and nitrate/nitrites undetectable. At first only one side of him was swollen but now it’s crossed over to the other side and is particularly swollen around the anus. No red marks or loss in appetite I just don’t know how to treat it because I don’t know what causes it I can’t sleep anymore or do anything this is by far my favorite fish I’ve ever kept after years of fish keeping im hoping someone can help my and my clown knife Kasem I’ve raised him from very little and even got him pellet trained. I’m sorry for the ****ty photos when I get close to the tank he gets excited bc he thinks it’s food time and it’s very hard for him to be still. I tried to get both sides of him though, the swelling starts behind the pectoral fin and is swollen from the anus to the top of the gill plate on one side and on the other it’s a marble sized swelling right above his anus. I know I’m going to hear bloat but I need specifics- is it worms? Malawi bloat? Constipation? Thank you to all who have read this far <3

He is the only resident in a 90g tank and he’s about 11inches long and I was just about to buy a 220 before I left for my trip but now I’m so stressed for him I haven’t eaten in days hopefully someone can shed some light on the situation
