help my catfish

what is the best and safest way to rid a catfish tank of fish lice? i've heard to use either coppersafe or anchors away. has anyone had lice on their cats, if so how did you get rid of them?

they only seem to be on the giraffe and i just picked about 30 off of him. now what to treat the tank with?

A product called Parazin P,its for treating crustasional parasites in ponds but work fantastically well in aquaria,1 tablet treats 25 gallons,doesnt destroy the biological filter either.
Dont know if you can get this treatment in the States,its made by Waterlife research......good luck!
