HELP MY FEMALE FH HAS A CUT AND DOESNT LOOK WELL

My female FH I noticed today had a cut on her side and now she's just hanging near the top corner of the tank. The water has gone through a 50% change by gravel siphon but she doesn't look well what should I do I already lost one FH I really don't want to lose another

how did she get the injury? If it's from fighting, think carefully about stocking; also might have been from a sharp object in the tank

MY FH recently got hurt like that it was a vertical line just like that but much longer. I knew it wasn't a fish bite so she must've hit my driftwood or this small rock I have.

It got spooked when the lights suddenly turned on and smacked into the corner of a castle
Rn it's with 2 bp and 6 black skirt tetras and 2 black neon tetras and 2 Cory catfish and a khuli loach
 
Help guys it got way worse now the FH has lock jaw and stringy poop
Idk what to do I lost my other FH recently to duck lips I'm losing hope at this rate I won't have anymore FH
