I donno what has grown over mys firemouth cichlid .I had an ich problem but this doesnt seem to be ich .Maybe an injury but u guys tell me what is it!

yes i can see what you are talking about in his body but i can't I.D it with those pics. Please get some better pictures.
The skinnyness looks like internal parasites, the pimple thing could be ringworm. Use an anti internal and external parasite med to treat the fish (i would advise treating the tank as a whole), does the fish have white/stringy looking poop or an inflamed looking anus?
