he is just staying at the bottom . he is trying to swim up but he seems cant . we start feeding him peas. is once a day ok? he is not really going up so we just using the syringe to feed him. we just use peas with garlic and his water. i dont know what else to do.

You can feed him the peas.I don't think there is anything else you can do but I hope trys to pull through.

I would keep his aquarium water clean as possible , and let him relax stop giving him medicine.
