Help my flowerhorn swimming upside-down

I have a fh that wanted to chase after the algae scrubber in doing that he tried to sneak into a crevice and went upside down .

Now he is stuck like that. Swimming upside down and face point down.
Is there anything I can do? Will he die?

I’m imagining that as it was wedged into the crevice you mentioned, its gill plates prevented it from breathing if you will...possibly leading to a disorder in its swim bladder causing it to swim upside down or float upside down. Not much you can do at this point. Hopefully, time will help. Best of luck.
