Today i came home from school. i went to go feed my fish and noticed my flower horn was in a corner floating near the top and his eye was deformed and he was loosing his color. He wasn't dead but i dont know whats wrong! Help!

your water does look pretty bad . . .
only other time I saw an eye like that was when I was keeping Angels about 20 years ago; at some point, I got lazy and didn't do water changes for several weeks (!)
one day I looked over at the tank, and two angels were dead and two more had eyes popping out just like your FH is doing right now
I did an immediate water change (probably 30-40%) and then resumed regular water changes after that, and the remaining angels survived and recovered
in other words: change your water first and foremost, and then keep it clean after that, and your FH might be okay
