Help my flowerhorn

I’m not sure what’s wrong with my flowerhorn he’s been acting up has this black spot for a day now

That circle spot looks suspiciously round a lot like the bottom of your heater. Might be a minor heat related abrasion.

Injury, looks like some tissue damage,has he jumped and possibly hit himself on the lid?

No I don’t think he hit himself and he doesn’t go near the heater, it’s starting to look worse, don’t know what to do
