She is acting wierd...spinning head down in circles. Smaller fishes have nipped at her tail n fins as of late too. Ill upload a vid on Youtube

Lemme me know please...looks terminal:nilly:

he is a goner, I am sorry.

What is the bump it has on its side?

Dammit...that sucks she's 8in and had her for awhile. The bump, IDK, possibly from thrashing occasionally or bit by smaller cichlids. Its like they sense that she's dying or something
Sucks

Okay GT is still alive but floatin around...put in bucket and dump in dumpster for alleycats

Wow really at least Euthanize the fish
What size tank are those fishes in

Eh? What method of euthanization is that? Suffocation, Injection, or Poison which ultimately the fish suffers anyways. The fishes are in a 120 gallon.

Freeze it lol. Must be a pain in the butt to clean with those cichlids and large rocks as substrate. I'd check paramiters, also looks as your dempsey is missing large peice of it's tail. Maybe a fight you didn't see?

Yeah I froze it alright, left the bucket outside before a 4 hour nap. And the rocks are very easy to syphon as I don't have to dig and shake up small gravel, the siphon just pulls the crap out of the crevices. I'd love to clear out more decor but I think it protects the smaller, weaker ones. My 3 africans are about 2" long only but have survived thus far.

Jack was tore up even worst when I acquired him 3 months ago. Also GT was the biggest and no fish messed with her. Until recently my 4" Red Texas was nipping at her fins...maybe it sensed terminal disease?

Wow that sucks bad dude. Im sorry.
