Hey guys I can really use your help. My juvenile green terror has an internal parasite. He's about 3-3.5 inches long. My temp in the 75 gallon tank is 80.4. pH is 7.2 amonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 20ppm. I noticed the long white clear stringy poop a few days ago and inmediatly put him in a breeder box in my tank since I do not have a hospital tank. I infused blood worms with garlic, focus and metro and fed the entire tank.. my JD, EBJD and my two platinum parrots ate it like crazy. My green terror won't eat at all. I also tried pellets and brine shrimp and he still won't eat.. His stomach is slightly sunken but I can tell he's off even without seeing the white poop. I don't know what else to do and I don't want to lose him. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

One option is to use a syringe and mix 3% Epsom salt sol with metro and inject into the fishes gut. A little extreme but if not eating then I’d risk it. Just a suggestion.
