Help my jack Dempsey!!!

My Jack Dempsey just squeezed through a hole which is TOO small for her to swim through, and she scraped the top of her skin, what can I do to help her? Will she be ok? She also looks like she is gulping for air as well, and has been erratic doing so since I got home a half hour ago. VERY WORRIED ABOUT HER! Please help if you can.

Should heal just fine. If you want put a little aquarium salt in with it to help the healing process.

JD's are pretty tough once they get some size on them. It should be fine. If it starts to look infected or isn't healing there are a few antibiotics you can use for it E.M. works as a broad spectrum a lot of people use it with success and it's cheap
