Help My Lima Shovel Nose!!!

I've had these 2 limas over 6 months in a 55 gal and decide to throw them in my pond about 2 months back. Now one of them started to get sores on his body! and I dont know what to do!!! Hes still in healthy condition but the sores to painful please help!!!

What fish u got in ur pond? could be ammonia burns aswell(?) maybe u should put them in ur tank and put some meds and raise the temp?

I have Multiple Kois, 2 Pacus, 1 Pleco, and the Limas Ill try treat this one today
