HELP? my Lyonsi is bloated,..?

My 1.5'' Lyonsi's stomach has bulged,i took the best pics
i could,..he was swimming tail-up and now hes not swimming at all,..i dosed his tank w/ some bacterial med-55gal=25mL. (Melafix) It's all i have,..i don't wanna lose him,..any ideas on what is wrong,..there are no spots or cuts or any blemishes on him,..

well, sad to say, he's now nose down in the rocks, still
breathing, but, pretty sure he's a goner,..don't know
what to do,..

any help for future reference appreciated,..what are some good meds to keep on hand?

I'm sorry for your loss, what were you feeding? Anything off with water parameters?

O.N Brine Shrimp. Any ideas on what was going on with him?
