Can anyone tell me what this is or how to treat it? He developed these about 3 days after buying him. I have had him since the 3rd of feb. It seems to never get better. Water is pristine nitrates never go above ten ppm, amm0, nitrite0, Ph 7.2 I do water changes every other day. Also he is looks a lot bigger in the pic he is approx 4"

It looks worse in person the white spots are kind of raised almost looks fluffy worried that it is a bacteria infection. can someone point me in the right direction.

just 1 silver arowana that never touches him not even in the middle of the night with lights off

If he is eating and its not getting worse I personally wouldn't try any meds at this point, maybe some aquarium salt and give it some time to clear up on its own. If it is getting worse or he isn't eating then Binox would be my suggestions, treats both bacterial infections and fungus.
