ok yesterday while feeding my oscar i saw something like a plants root hanging from the Os ass
i thought must be poop then in the evening it was still there and today morning also it is still there
does anyone know what it is
i haven't seen him poop too
but he is just doing great still the pig he is and also the beggar for food
my stupid phone cam is giving probs while trying to transfer pics from the phone to the pc so until i find out whats wrong with the phone no pics possible

maybe he pooped that one out and the one you saw today is another piece of the same type of food.

Try feeding Hagar some shelled peas. It'll help digesting. Peas sortv'e act as a laxative
for them. Stay on peas for the next couple days and occasional quality pellets, nothing else.
Check your water parameters.

Could be a parasite. Is it whitish translucent stringy stuff. Pretty common in O's.
It could pop up again. Keep an eye on him.

not stringy looked like a plants root
and was there hanging for two days
and hen suddenly it wasn't there i was just planning to pull it off but then i didn't want to stress my O and didn't know what it might be
but it never moved or anything looked pretty stiff
