Help! My Pacu's Eyes

My Pacu's eyes seem to be having white stuff that cover its clear eyes? It appears to be like scratches or something? but i notice that it gets thicker and thicker every week. He is in a cylced tank, ive had him for 4months. i feed him occasional gupppies, pellets and vegetables. He has no tankmates.

Sounds like cloudy eye, check you water quality to make sure it's perfect and maybe get a broad spectrum antibiotic to help clear it up, aquarium salt might help it heal faster as well
