Help! My plants turn in to a brown rotten color

Hi MFK!
I got a strange problem with my tank.
I got a couple of plants, and the wierd thing is that the leaves turn into a brown color and turn into a rotten form. Every plant of mine got this kind of problem, it's pretty lame :/ .
One of the plants got holes on it's leaves I don't have any idea about how it happend, because I only keep snakeheads in that tank (Channa Pulchra).

And snakeheads only have a preditory diet, so they won't even touch a plant with their mouth ^^.

Do you guys think I'm lack of something for my water maybe?
 
I don't know what species they are, but I'm going to upload a picture of them later today :) !
 
Not super familiar with planted tanks, but I have done some research into them and a common problem is a lot places sell plants that aren't necessarily full-blown aquatic plants. In other words, some plants sold as aquatic plants actually need to spend some time above the water line.

I'll let the other plant experts tell you exactly what you have, but that's my 2 cents.

Sorry for the bas quality, but my camera truly sucks.
You can't see the brown color in a good way, that's because of the camera ^^. I have to get good one.

Plant in the top two pics is an amazon sword in its emersed growth. It will lose those leaves, and then grow submersed leaves. That is normal. A good root tab will help those plants. The plant on the bottom pictures left is a Dracaena, lucky bamboo, which is a non-aquatic plant. It will live submersed for several months, but slowly die.

And that other Bamboo plant..Damn it :/ I bought it for almost 10 bucks in a aquarium shop, it sucks that they sell them.
