Help! My power went off!!

How do I restart my rena xp3? It was making weird noise, so i raised the lever to cut off the hoses, and unplugged it.

I have poured water into the hose, but i have poured 3 small beer pitcers of water into it, and i have no clue where it is all going. Thankfully not on the floor.

Please help?!

I have a different canister filter but whenever it gives me trouble this works for me. reopen the lines, put filter input in the tank, suck on the return line to start a siphon to the filter. once it fills fire it back up
