Help?? My red devil's lip is torn, and it has some blood?

I came home from work and my red devil's lip is swollen,it's torn in the middle and it's bleeding. I think my butti did this. It's looks snapped, and he bearly can close his mouth!! Does it grow back eventully? Man, he is one of the best fish I own!!!
