I've already put him in a hospital tank he swims a little then lays on his side. I don't have any meds on hand to put in with him. Anyone know any remedies to get him thro the night?

I don't think he's gonna make it thro the night. He looks too weak and can barely swim. I didn't want to put him down but its the only humane thing to do now. 
my porcupine fish does that and he's fine, he does it all the time. It just means thier getting a little old. As long as he doesen't float on his side.
