The other day my RTC got ick. I have been treating him for almost a week. all the ick has gone away he is still hittting the gravel a little bit. Yesterday i noticed his nose was a lil bruised and raw looking. I woke up today and hes worse. Some of his skin is dicolored and almost coming off it looks like. IM FREAKING OUT!!!!! I am treatiing him with a product called ICK ATTACK. Change the water everyday during treatment and i use API STRESS COAT for the tap water. What am i doing wrong??

Raising the temperature, removing filter carbon and adding aquarium salt helps in treating ich, just in case you're not already doing that. I'm sure others here with more experience than I can help with the specifics as to what temp's are safe as well as how much salt...
Add Seachem-Stress Guard. It contains a great ingredient that binds to the protein of exposed tissue causing more rapid healing and also acts as an antiseptic.
