Help, my Saratoga ate a rubber band ..

Hey guys,

I was un-tieing a fish bag and accidently dropped a rubber band into the water, where my Saratoga leichardti of only about 5.5-6" decided to eat it .. Will he be ok?? He did not choke on it and is swimming around like normal now. It has been about 20 mins and he looks fine, but i cant image how the rubber band will pass through him.

Should i be doing something or will he be fine?
