HELP! My silver dollars got ich!

hELLO,
I've been treating some silver dollars that my girlfriend bought form petsmart and they all have ich.so i asked my LFS what to treat em with and he sold me some stuff called nox-ich.So i been treating them for a total of 8 days.Do know how long it takes to treat ich?Or know any other effective way of killing it.Thaks in advance.

If you havent already, turn the temperature up to 82-84 and quit using the meds. Lower the water level a little so you have plenty of aeration, it will add more oxygen in the water and keep the ich from "encysting" also. Should clear up in no time, good luck!
