First you have to figure out what caused it...with softshells it's usually crappy water quality or damage caused by fish. He needs a separate tank to heal with warm clean water, keeping him in an unfiltered bucket is going to make things worse...Acriflavine like Fungus Cure works well I find.

What kinda of substrate are you using? I have seen ulcers like this on Softshells that are kept on rocks, which isn't good

i had him with sand an i just put him in the bucket for the pic i put him ina 20 new clean water an heater has a filter to, the fish in there got ick so i think he might have got it from them

Turtles in general do not catch diseases from Fish, and Ick doesn't spread to Reptiles at all. Shell issues, especially in Softshells is always due to Care, either dirty water, lack of UVB, or improper diet

ick is cause by bad water and stress. Ulcers on turtles come from bad water and stress. I think the solution is clear.

Clean that water LOL
