really? thanks!! dayyom.. i only have a 3' tank.. lol.. they look cute at that size.. is there a catfish that doesnt grow at all? lol..
originally, i was planning to keep them with my albino bichirs.. lfs says they mix if they're at the same size.. izit true? MFK, help please..
Take the catfish AND the birchirs back to the shop, 3' tank is to small for either fish, the catfish grows bigger than the tank, and the birchirs, assuming they are senegalus, the smallest birchir there is will also grow to around a foot long needing minimum of a 4' tank.
Top tip, DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING THE FISH SHOP TELLS YOU, they will lie out their rear end just to get a sale.
Take them back before they die a horrible death.

hmm.. then forget the catfish.. kinda reluctant to let go of my sens.. what would fit into d 3' tank? i'm not looking forward to guppies or tetras..
mate rehome the redtails very quick, they will chow down on your sennys....then rehome the sennys tanks to small....ok two option's for you if you dont like guppys and community fish, id say get a bigger tank....
