Help needed in choosing tankmate

Presently i have 1 silver aro(13"),2 florida gars(10"),2 oscars(8" & 6") and 1 RTC(10") in my 250g tank. Recently 2 fishes(1 pacu & 1 texas) have died, so i want 2 add some other species in my tank. What should be my best choice?

man i have a 300 g tank and everyone was upping me for haveing one arowana in it even though i stated i was getting a 10 ft soon! sorry what is the rtc?

RTC=red tail catfish, 10 ft long tank wouldnt help much but if the width is 4 ft or better then ok

no they where saying a gar and aro are not recommended together

and pretty much any bottom dweller that cannot kill your aro is a good choice since aro's (even jardinis[from my experience ]) don't bother them.

i dunno if an RTC is such a good idea.. they are pigs and will eat tankmates..

try pbass.. thats good tankmate community.. but ur RTC will create problems..

Haven't seen any problems coz my RTC and oscars don't attack my gars but initially i had issue in feeding them coz they couldn't compete 4 food with others but it is solved long before.

i dunno if an RTC is such a good idea.. they are pigs and will eat tankmates..

try pbass.. thats good tankmate community.. but ur RTC will create problems..

My RTC yet isn't big enough to eat any other tankmates.....and yes as soon as it will become threat to the others i will replace him.
