help needed ith moto pup

hi pople not een on here fr ages but thought u guys would b able to help 3 weeks ago i got a motoro pup around 5" disk all was goin well she settled down well and feeds well but 2day ago i noticed a scab on her head so been keepin a eye on it an its slowly gettin worse its now a white fluffy hole with red round it n looks sore this dosnt seem to other her as she is still feedin well and verry active im not ure if it is a burn that has gone infectid as only just covered the heater any ideas of what it could b if not a burn and i cant seem to find any help on treatin her ie salt,melafix or doses any help would b gratefull as i am allready v fond of her thanks dan

put salt , heater up to 30 degrees should be able to help.

From your description, it appears to be a heater burn. With good water quality it will eventually heal. Doing daily water changes will help.

ok thanks i added salt and melafix how often do i add salt n how much i put enough for the 120 uk gallons but unsure on ho often u put it in should i just put enough to do the water i replace on the water change or the whole tank and is it every day like melafix
