The term brackish is a very very wide array of salt measurements.

If we are talking about brackish that is strong enough to be able to measure specific gravity on a normal SG meter. 1.000 and above SG then i do not think that would be a good idea.

But if we are talking about a tank that has 1-3 table spoons of regular salt per 5 gallons of water. Then they will be fine, as long as you take a couple of hours and slowly drip acclimate them to the water. I say this not only because of the salt but also because of the different tanks conditions.

And then anywhere in between would be a gamble IMO.
