Ok just got home from work and there is jewel cichlid fry in my tank this is completely unexpected should I remove the parents and then what help please

Is it just the parents in the tank? First-time spawn? If they're not the only fish, how large is the tank and what are their tankmates?

You can leave them just make sure you have some hiding places

Yup. Leave fry in with the parents. Its way easier having the parents rearing them then artifficially. I'd say leave them in until there start randomly disappearing or the patents show breeding behaviour and view them as threats.
