Help needed on Rainbow Snakehead(Channa bleheri)

Do you guys have any advices or information on why my Rainbow Snakehead(Channa bleheri) keep hitting/scratching himself with stones?
Is this a symptom of any diseases? Any help is greatly appreciated.
