Hi guys,

21x955.jpg

Any of you have ever used this kind of corner bubble filter before? I just set one up for my spare tank but not sure if it is working properly. I connected the tubing to my air pump and can see bubbles coming out of the main opening and also from the top of the filter (where I had to remove a cap covering the tube shaped protrusion). I'm just not sure that water is flowing through the entire filter. Any one can lend some advice?

Greatly appreciated.

Here is some advice, try purchasing an internal filter or a powerhead next time........Personally I use bubblers only for hatching eggs..........

I'm not familiar with the exact product you have but you can slightly lift the filter until the section that the air bubbles are exiting the tube is just above the water level. If there is also water coming out with the air bubbles, then your filter is working properly.
