Hi Guys

I'm nearly ready to order my new tank 108x30x30".

I want to run a sump with a 9000litre return pond pump.

I'm thinking of two wiers. The left side will have two 32mm bulkheads as supply to sump (one will have a ball valve on to be used as main drain the other as emergency with on valve).
The right sided wier will have three 32mm bulkheads, two samer configuration as the left side the other 32mm will be the return. Will it work?

I'm planning on using a 48x18x18" or 60x18x18" as the sump. The media will be housed in an eggcrate box and two 32mm "emergency overflows will go straight in. The other two ballvalved 32's will go in via a spraybar type deal fixed to a plastic lid.
I'll raise the crate box about 3" off the tank base to house 4 300watt Jager heaters then on to the return pump, no sections or bubble traps, just a plain tank.

Any changes needed?

Go with the 60" sump. I have a tank that is 87"x29"x29" and I have 2-50G sumps under it and it works great. I thought about a sprayt bar but ended up going with drip plates instead, made it easier to change filter media and get everything lined up. Its nice when you overflows just need to hit a square foot target.
