HELP! New tigrinus heavy breathing

hi all, not sure if I’m being paranoid or if I need to do something ASAP! I picked up a 4-5” tigrinus yesterday. he has been swimming at the back of the aquarium all day and I’ve noticed he is breathing heavy tonight. He is in a quarantine tank being treated with eSHa 2000, water tests are amo-0 nitrite-0 nitrates-20. Do you think I need to change anything or am I worrying over nothing?

He’s back swimming again now, did he just get tired? Lol I’ve been after 1 of these for ages and really don’t want to loose him but think I’m worrying to much...

Some new one do this, they come from more oxygenated and probably cooler areas, so up the oxygen.
After a while they aclimate

Temp around 78*. And lots of water movement. They come from rough rivers and tributaries. So get a wave maker set up. What is it eating?

He’s fine now, still swimming a lot but settles sometimes and breathing seems fine now. Thank for your help

I am not familiar with what and how eSHa 2000 does. Heavy breathing might be the side effect or an indication of an excessive dosage.
