hi anybody who can help..

I have a 10 litre Tank and looking at buying my first tropical fish.. I would like to know what the best type of lighting for the tank would be... like how many wats?? size that sort of thing

Dimentions are 20x11x11, or 10 U.S.A gallons

Please anyone who can help

Regards

depends if you want planted tank or not , for straight forward freshwater you wil only need a simple 18w/20w tube and starter with a good all round bulb i prefer powerglo ,if you want something that looks really smart try a overhead luminare from arcadia with t8 bulbs or a power compact ,depends on what sort of money you want to spend , but remember the higher wattage the lamp you choose for none planted tank the more algae will be promoted and the more skittish some fish will be
