what should my no2 and no3 be at i am new to this hobbie they where 0 0 now they are 5 40 dos that myean my tank is cycled plz help

Your tank isn't quite cycled yet. NO2 (Nitrite) should be at ZERO (0 ppm) and your Nitrates should be IMO anything lower then 30ppm (0-30ppm). Is Ammonia at 0ppm? I'd say your almost about cylced. Do a 10-20% water change and monitor your params until Ammonia 0ppm Nitrite 0ppm Nitrate 30-0ppm. If you stil have traces of Nitrite the next day do a 10% water change. If you're cycling with fish feed lite to avoid more Ammonia/Nitrite spike. Hope I helped.
