I have a south american cichlid not sure what's happening to him. I cant tell if it's a prolapsed anus or worms. Also I dont know how to treat this. I jus bought epsonsalt infused food and gave a dosage of ap general care. In 48 hrs I'm going to give the tank a 2nd dosage of general care. It's been this way for 3 months gradually getting worse even with 30% water changes weekly.
