Treated for ick, fungus, added salted and increased temps and it's still there. Now I'm wondering if it's anchor worms or I just need to continue treating like it's fungus. give your thoughts. Thanks

Yes, I've also changed the water a few times.

Looks like some type of polyps or cysts.
